What payment methods Tedsby supports?

We support all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover via PayPal. At the checkout page, you may choose to pay with credit card or PayPal. PayPal would also accept all major credit cards.

Why am I transferred to the PayPal site?

After you click the "Buy now" button, you would be securely transferred to PayPal. PayPal offer added protection for both you the customer and the artist.

Shipping policy

The order will be sent the next day after payment. Delivery is carried out by Russian post . After sending the parcel, I will provide the tracking number . I always keep an eye on the package until it arrives to you.

Returns policy

I do not accept exchanges, but contact me if you have any problems with your order. I accept returns and cancellations. 14 days from the date of delivery. Delivery in 21 days from the date of cancellation of delivery within 1 hour after purchase. I will refund 95% of the value of the item within 14 days of receiving the item. Canceling an order before shipment, you will receive a 95% refund within 14 days.
